His stint with the real estate, After his beginnings in Iran, Steve’s career took a few detours; he studied in Italy and then immigrated to Canada in 1987. He graduated from Toronto’s Ryerson University in Industrial Engineering Management in the year 1992. Subsequently he worked with Northern Telecom for a year and thereafter with another engineering company in sales and marketing. It was this phase of his life that brought him closer to experiencing the joy of interacting with clients first hand. He began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker and later moved into Royal LePage in the year 2002.

Steve waited till the year 2005 to open his own company called RE/MAX Platinum Inc., only to wonder why he waited so long! In less than 10 months this enterprise became the fastest growing RE/MAX franchise in city of Toronto with more than 50 sales associates as part of it.

In the year 2007, RE/MAX Platinum Inc. merged with RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd. – the largest RE/MAX independent organization in the City of Toronto with over 6 locations to serve and more than 450 agents. Steve took on the role of a General Manager after the merger; he is currently in charge of the North Central Division with over 124 members in his team. For the last five years, he has been a member of the prestigious National Chairman Club, that is, one of the top 1% of agents in Canada.

Steve also has a brand new venture called Danial Group Inc., a company that builds custom homes. Steve has put together a team of real estate agents, architects and developers who identify the lot and then go on to design and build the house completely as per the customer’s specifications. Besides residential sales, Steve works in commercial real estate, which now accounts for 35% of his business.
